As of early 2008 Northwood Mortgage had no body legally able to represent them and do business in the state of Texas. Fraud and Scam complaints centered around a mortgage scam that was aimed at lenders with hopeful home buyers that would not fight evictions. It is not a good idea to do business with this company.
