Review content:
I've been to this store several times. First, in early 2010, it seemed clean but I was new to the hobby so didn't know what to look for. Now it breaks my heart to go into the store. Almost every fish that I see has ich or fin rot. The water in the tanks is visibly dirty. Clearly there is an ammonia problem. The staff knows next to nothing about saltwater fish. Not sure about freshwater. They knowingly mark their tanks wrong. I confronted a salesperson about a tank marked Perculas when there were clearly Ocellaris in there. He went on to say no- they're not Perculas you can tell by blah, blah, blah.... I said way to go, sherlock - that's why I was asking. Now how about fixing the sign so people who don't know better don't buy one thinking it's the other. It's just a horrible experience. My guess is that if they didn't have that shark tank (which itself is cruel to the sharks because it's so small) they wouldn't have much business.
