PLEASE STAY AWAY! Unless they fix the problem right off the bat they are not worth it!!!!! I could write a book about how bad my time was with C&E this past go around. I have delft with them a few times before but we have never had a problem until now. Its mainly because the owner cannot account for his own business mistakes and is unwilling to make compromises (He's very rude to and will not keep you informed unless you call). I took my Yamaha watercraft in for service due to overheating. They told me it would be done no later then July 18th since I needed it for my vacation on July 19th. Long story made a little shorter they never got it done by then and misdiagnosed the craft twice before they got it done the third time ON AUGEST 1st! After ruining my vacation and month of boating they tried to charge me 1400 dollars which included the parts that didn't even fix the issue! I told them they could take out the parts that didn't fix the craft and I would pay for the part that did fix it but I did not want to pay all if not any labor due to their failure of producing their promised service. But he still wanted to charge me 350 for labor! For a heat sensor! Needless to say I have currently refused this left my craft there and have reported them this afternoon to the Attorney General and Yamaha customer complaint line. None of this would have been an issue if he just charged me for the part and for maybe half the labor.......or even none if he wanted to be nice!!!!.....And also I called another dealership and they are now telling me that if they are telling you that its just a heat sensor they are wrong because they never fail! So now i'm worried i'll get it back and it will still be broken.
