Businiess name:  The MASSAGE SPA

Review content:
So I like to give everybody a fair shot. Here is what happened to me. From the outside, the massage spa does look sort of shady, but as soon as you enter, it has a beautiful interior. they have you relax in the lounge which is actually really nice and i noticed that there were a lot of regulars in the waiting area that knew all of the therapists. me and my boyfriend were on vacation and decided to get a couples massage. i asked the receptionist to put him with a female therapist, and i didnt really have a preference. so our therapists, lauren and miko, introduce themselves to us and take us into the couples room where the beds are maybe 5 feet or so away from each other. they do all the procedure consultations and leave the rooms for us to get ready and lay face down on the beds. about 10 minutes into my massage, my male therapist whispers into my ear that he likes me. at that moment, i had no idea what to do and never felt more disgusted and violated in my life. here is this man rubbing my back, and hes being inappropriate 5 feet away from my boyfriend!?? i couldnt even think straight after that, had zero relaxation because i could think about nothing except causing a scene and running out of the building. i didnt do that, ONLY because i was afraid of what my boyfriend would have done to him, but i never felt so gross in my life. i notified the receptionist what had happened, and she assured me the owner would call me that same day. hours later i still hadnt heard from them so i called them... the same receptionist answered and told me that she had told them the story and gave my name and number to them and that they would be in contact the following day, latest wednesday. i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking, ""ok so they just hired one creepy employee, it cant all be that bad"", but the fact that 3 days has gone by and they dont care enough about their business to make a phone call to avoid me spreading a bad reputation about them, has really rubbed me the wrong way. i went there for a weekend trip, and i frequent the area often, but i most certainly, after the disreguard for a paying customers experience, will never be back. and ill be sure to tell everyone of my story so they are aware of the type of people that are running this facility.
