I was very unhappy with the service I received. My husband warned me that I needed to be specific with a dumpster service being that they tend to be inconsiderate. So, I was very specific in stating that I needed to make sure the dumpster was placed in the driveway, but NOT in front of our retaining wall, as we would be taking it down and needed access to that space. Of course, when my husband got to the house, the dumpster was right in front of the wall where we asked them NOT to put it. I was also supposed to have received a call before they came so I could explain where it needed to be. When I called to complain, the supervisor was very inconsiderate to say the least and wanted to charge us $100 to have it moved! His excuse was that the driver was told to put the dumpster in the spot where our electrician directed him. Too bad our electrician is not the owner of the house and I was supposed to have received a phone call! Don't tell me your excuses for your irresponsible service. If simple directions and procedures had been followed, there would not have been a problem. And never once was I given an apology except from the secretary who had no power to help the situation. Penn Waste Systems? I think not.
