H.D. of Baltimore was AWESOME! They have the best customer service in every department. I spoke with Ed Schmidt on the phone prior to going into the store. I asked him a few questions and he told me what I needed to bring in, give me his number if I had anymore questions and told me to come in anytime that worked for me. Ed was instrumental in my purchasing my 2010 H.D. Dyan Wide Glide. Ed's customer service skills were exceptional and he truly card about how I felt about the bike I was going to purchase. Ed made it very clear that he was there to assist me in finding the right bike. I could take all the time I need, see as many bikes as I wanted and ask all the questions I wanted and he would help me. He did just what he promised! Not only did I find the perfect bike for myself, but I found a GREAT sales consultant and a new friend. What a class act you are Ed. And I might add you are pretty dang hilarious and kept me well entertained. I would also like to say Jeff in finance, Derek in Parts & Acc., Rebekah in clothing and Jerry were just awesome to work with as well. Didn't work with Kelly but he was awesome too. I also want to add that Heidi took the time to walk out into the parking lot and talk to me about my bike and gave me some great pointers about my first ride on this new bike. Not only did her suggestions help but it gave me a bit of extra confidence about my ride home that day. She did this and I had never even met her. So a big high five to you Heidi. I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff there as I continue to be a regular customer there. I will recommend this store to everyone I know that rides or seems interested in riding bikes. Great Job Guys!!!! Pros: The BEST customer service in every department.
