HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME. The repairman was supposed to come between 10-1p. Mind you--I'm sitting at home on a beautiful Saturday morning waiting on a Repairman. He calls at 12:30 to tell me he is running behind and will be at my home a little after 1pm. He calls at 1pm and says ""Oh, did you still want us to come out?"" HUH? I've been sitting at home waiting on you all morning. So he says ""Well, we will be another 30 minutes behind."" I told him frustratingly ""Never mind. This is too much. I will call and reschedule another day."" He sounded like he could care less. I call to speak to ""the owner"" as she called herself, and was told ""Well, a little bit behind happens sometimes."" I said ""You call ONE HOUR a little bit behind?"" She says flatly ""Either you want the home call or you don't."" I told her ""Your attitude alone tells me I do not want to do business with you."" She was like ""Oh well, then, goodbye.""
