Sadly, it appears that after a year, what the previous reviewer said remains true. Sure, the hallways got a nice new coat of paint, but the service remains terrible as ever: - Super high rent. You could almost have a three-bedroom elsewhere for the price of a one-bedroom here. - The front desk still allows anyone to come in as long as you look like you're trying to use your security fob. - Inadequate hot water at night for months during winter; try schedule a shower during the day. - They have been fixing the brow on each floor for months already. Every day they start work at 8:30 am sharp and the terrible noise goes on for the whole day. They don't care it's exam week. - You have to reserve the elevator ($75 service fee!) to move in or out. There are only four slots per work day so if you don't hurry, good luck with moving out. They are extremely strict with their moving rules, but they double-booked my slot. Also, the staff seems to care more about their newly-painted walls then to help with moving out. - Twice this year the fire alarm went off. The second time it was because a student left his stove on. - Power went off once; didn't see a notice explaining what happened. If you could bear with all the above, this place isn't so bad to live in...
