Review content:
This has to be the worst bridal salon I?ve ever been to. First, you have to take off your shoes when you enter the store, which is both ridiculous and rude. If you want to keep your store clean, wash the floor. It?s your store and your responsibility to clean it, not the customer?s. \r
\r
Second, the service was terrible. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try own dresses and not one associate ever even asked them a single question. In fact, they didn?t even ask me what color or style I was looking for; they simply showed me a slew of crowded dresses and left me alone to sort through the mess. The only thing they did was put the dresses in a fitting room. In the midst of the chaos, I was shuffled to THREE different associates, all of whom had a different excuse for leaving: ?I have a phone call,? ?I have to check something,? ?I?ll be right back.? None of whom ever actually came back. \r

While trying on the dresses, I clipped the dresses for my girls. I helped the girls into them and zip them. I checked the hems on them. The four or five associates that were in the dressing room were standing around doing NOTHING. And this disservice was not exclusive to my party. There were two other parties in the dressing room trying on dresses, veils and accessories. Not one of these parties was being attended to. After selecting a couple dresses that we liked the associates weren?t even there to tell me if they could come in the color that I needed.\r

This is not a modestly priced bridal salon. Brides who are paying top dollar to make the most wonderful day in their lives just that should have a great experience when buying their gown or their attendant?s gowns. They do not deserve this sort of treatment. Shopping at this store is an unfortunate and unprofessional experience. These women do not deserve a bridal salon. If you ever find yourselves in a position like this, take a bit of advice: there?s better service out there; just walk out. You?re worth it.
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: service, service, service
