We have been to many bridal shops and this one has been the best so far. I am quite surprised to read the bad reviews. First, we have no problem removing our shoes as it only makes sense. When my daughter is getting her fitting for her beautiful wedding dress, I don't want to see someone slough by in their muddy, yukky boots. If you really have a problem with taking off your shoes, then you really have a problem. \r

My daughter ordered her wedding dress and chose the bridesmaids dresses from Elizabeth's. We have been there about 4 times already and each time, they could not be more accommodating, experienced and kind. One Saturday afternoon we called at the last minute and asked to come look at bridesmaid dresses and they said, no problem. When we call for an appointment, they book us easily. They wait on us with expertise and warmth. \r

We have girls with all different shapes and sizes in this party and the staff's advice and the caring way they handle each girl has been wonderful. Someone in a review complained that they did not let them look through the dresses; we were certainly allowed to do that, but they also brought out a few that they thought would work well for my daughter and it was one of those that she chose. From the owner to each employee we have met at this store, we have been treated with friendliness and professionalism.\r
