It's just fast food. I wouldn't really call it Chinese food. That would be like calling Burger King an steakhouse or the local Pizza Man an Italian Restaurant. They just aren't. Yes, the food at Panda Express is cooked in a wok...so what? You can cook Italian food in a wok. It's just veggies and meat tossed around in some sauce. The food turned out by Panda Express has all the flavor of China as Papa John's has of Italy...very little to none. It's just another fast food option.
