Review content:
Great price, installation mediocre. Granite had some chipping and seams not that great. Owners do not educate their customers on the products they sell, accepting little to no responsibility for their misinformation. I was actually told that due to language barriers with their installers, they would not accept responsibility for any information I was given by someone other than the owners and that it wasn't ""their fault"" that they told me my granite was protected and that I misunderstood thinking it actually would have some sort of sealant. I was told ""Well, you didn't specifically ask so you were not told."" ""Your granite has a protectant"" wasn't meant to imply that it had any type of sealant upon installation ... even though I asked if that was the case and was lead to believe my granite was protected until maintenance was necessary to reseal. Owners are nice enough but buyer beware...don't leave without being certain that you ask any and all questions as they're not quick to offer information specific to your product if you don't ask. I believe it is their job to divulge pertinent information about their product. Apparently they don't see it that way.
Pros: The price is right and a number of products to choose from
Cons: Product information not fully divulged. Owner has a ""don't ask, don't tell"" policy. Install mediocre, seams not great
