We used this company for a chimney inspection when purchasing our first home. The inspector ""Chris"" was extremely professional and a pleasure work with. He answered each question we had with detail and the services they provided were very instrumental in helping negotiate an appropriate price for the home. He found damage with the chimney invisible to our untrained eyes and provided us with a well detailed report including digital photos and video of our chimneys defects all on CD prepared at the time of the inspection.\r
I would very much recommend this company for any chimney inspective work. They give you a good trustworthy feeling from the time I called to make the appointment to the folding up of the protective cloths he placed around the chimney so as not to create a mess. 2 thumbs up!
Pros: Highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Arrived early!
