Jeff of PRISTINE POOLS came out to my house on May 3rd. He appeared to be a very nice gentleman. We spoke a bit and told me what needed to be done to fix my pool. He gave me an estimate and told me he would send me some paperwork in the mail within the next 48 hours. Like I said, he seemed very very nice.\r
3 weeks later and about 14 voice messages later, no word from him at all. No phone calls. Nothing. Like he disappeared off the face of the earth.\r
I decide to google his company and an address comes up. I decide to take a ride to see what the heck is going on. It turned out it was a residential address. I knocked on the door and his wife answered. We spoke for a minute or 2. She was very pleasant and told me she would give him the message and that he would be in touch. About 2 hours later he finally calls me back. I wish I picked up. He called me from a different number that he has listed. He left me a voice message with nothing but explicit language and negative comments about my house and pool. Then he went on to say that if I go anywhere near his house again he would call the police and press criminal charges against me for trespassing.\r
He said that we never signed any f**king contracts and that he owes me nothing. Then he went on and said my property and pool was a f**king piece of sh*t. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR BUSINESS! PEOPLE LIKE THIS DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!\r
Cons: HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!
