I wouldn't go there again if you paid me. Kim the owner/manager is a horrible person who treats her staff horribly. I was waiting for a waxing while I watched her condescend to her employees right in front of everyone. The staff seemed afraid of her and scurried around trying to make this ""control freak"" happy. My friend also had a bad experience there with cancellations. Also, don't buy a gift certificate from them. They only honor it if they have no other appointments that day. HORRIBLE.
