\r \r \r \r I am givng this spa a 2 star rating only because of Rachael the therapist. She was wonderful. I had a very bad experience with the owner/manager Kim. I called a head of time to make a reservation and I had a gift certificate to use. The owner picked up the phone and upon inquiring about a treatment she informed me that the certificate depriciates in value $2 every month not used. No where does it state that on the certificate. When trying to reason with her and make it clear that it was a gift and someone receiving it would never know she wanted nothing to hear of it. When I asked to speak with a manager she never informed me that she was the actual owner/manager. I was told ""the manager is in a meeting now."" I later found out that she in fact is the owner from a fill in girl at the front desk. Very disappointed in the customer service skills of the owner. For that reason I will never return. She was very nasty when trying to reason with her. I would have been treated kinder from a nail salon massage.
