I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what this business deserves. I made 2 appointments for massages, each about a week in advance. On both occasions they called the night before to confirm my appointment. The day of the first appointment they called 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel because ""the massage therapist had to go home sick."" I was annoyed but accepted this and rescheduled for the following week. Again, the night before the appointment I received a call confirming the appointment. The next day, one hour before the appointment scheduled, I was again contacted because they wanted to reschedule. When I complained that this was the 2nd time in 2 weeks this happened I was told, ""Well, we are very busy because of the holidays!"" Here's a clue Eternal Spa..... if you don't have enough personnel to perform the services you advertise, don't schedule the appointments! Since I have gift certificates I will use them, but I will never again use this spa. And I will make it my business to tell everyone I know and come into contact with who are looking for such services that this is an unreliable business. Can't imagine how they have stayed in business this long.
