I feel the same way, I would never go back to this spa EVER again... Kim who claims to be the owner seems all over the place and not very caring or have any kind of respect, And the lasers seem to be outdated and over priced. I was hoping that it was only a one time thing that the so called owner kim was rude, but by reading everyone elses comment i guess its been going on for years. Im suprised she is still in buisness.
