Review content:
Upon trying to make an appointment with the owner I was told that you cannot use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. She then asked me if I have ever worked for a large corporation or owned my own business. She said if I did I would know that this is an industry standard. I then called 2 other area spas who said it would be no problem to use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. When I called back to inquire further, the owner began to argue with me the other salon's policy as well as explain in detail how she was sorry that I did not agree with the way she chooses to run her business. I have bought many gift certificates to this spa, and I'm sorry I've given them the business.
I'm sorry, but if you own a small business in this economy, you should take great strides to please a customer, not talk in a demeaning manner to them, argue with them and give them false information.
