Review content:
I am not commenting on the spas service, as I never got far enough to experience it. The customer service was less than accomodating. The woman I spoke with claimed to be the owner, which makes my unpleasant experience even more upsetting. She was rude and got personal, which caused me to cancel my appointment. Upon discussing my experience with others in my area, it turns out some knew of this individual and her less than stellar reputation.
