Review content:
Signed up for energy savings program. Were told we would get $1500 tax benefit because of energy savings. Didn't get anything because we're seniors and ended up with a zero tax liability but paid over $4000 in the hopes of getting tax benefit. In addition, we were told we would get $50 a month in Visa cards for gas and $50 Visa card for food purchases for 12 months thru their customer loyalty program via My Free Travel. After sending in gas & food receipts for 6 months we received nothing and found out the company went out of business. Utility Mgt. found another company, similar program, and now they also won't honor any gas or grocery Visa card rebates. They don't live up to their end of the contract. Don't be fooled by their sales reps!!!
Cons: No one to back you up when there's a problem with promotion
