From all places I lived in, this is my favorite place. I love the windows- lots of light and the layout is great too. Anyone looking to live in this area - its the perfect fun for all place. \r

Ignore the bed-bug issue as that was an old issue long taken care of. I have never come across any bugs and have asked neighbors which told me so too.
Pros: Rent low - Quality High
Cons: I love the place to much.....
