I tried this place out for the first time in manhattan, and I have no idea why anyone would think the staff are rude. The staff was very nice and helpful and if you are polite to them, they will be so back. They even clear your tables for you so you don't have to and no tip is required.
The food was excellent and I took some home with me. the chicken and mac and cheese is A+. A tip to remember: they give you slightly more if you order for take out instead of dining in. The cups hold more for take out.
