Review content:
I have lived in the complex for two years now. It is close to schools, bus lines, lots of stores and restaurants. The homes are perfect for starter families, BUT ARE NOT KID FRIENDLY. The resident manager and the board of directors DO NOT want kids to play ball outside, or ride their bikes. They complain of kids making graffiti and damaging property, but I haven't seen any of that, and I make all the kids clean up whatever trash or mess they make. Plus, the resident manager is this super creepy, kind of a d*ckhead guy that cops an attitude with most of the residents. I like the home and it's location, but I would never consider actually buying one, unless I was going to rent it to a senior citizen, which I think is the only kind of people they want living there.
Pros: good location
Cons: kids can't ride bikes, play ball...
