This is the best Smoke Shop in LA, and I have been to several. Here is why:
Selection is key for a smoke shop, and Mike's has it all. The famed ""Illadelph,"" which seems to be so hard to find anywhere, including online, is abundant at Mike's. Every company you can imagine, ROOR, HiSi, you name it- each has their own display with pieces of every size and price.
Even the non brand name pieces are only the top in quality. A little over a year ago I bought my bong from Mike's, not only is it still in perfect condition and working great, Mike's helped me find all the perfect attachments to make it the absolute best it could be.
Not just bongs and bubblers, I've seen only the highest quality glass pipes at Mike's- if I were to be buying a pipe there's no other place I would go.
Whatever your question or problem is, Mike's will find a solution for it. The staff will take their time with you as though you were the only one in the store, and make sure you're entirely satisfied before you leave.
I recently was helped by Abhinav, who was more than helpful in finding the perfect attachments and anything else I had a question about, whether or not it pertained to what I was there at the time for.
I've never met an employee at Mike's who didn't seem truly interested in not only helping me, but how I was doing that day and if there was anything they could assist me with.
In all honesty, I really have seen all the shops out here, Mike's is tops. It really will have just what you're looking for. In one case they thought they didn't have the right sized stem for an attachment of mine, they were about to call up another shop to see if it was in stock there so as to make sure I walked out with the exact piece I went in for.
This is no lie, Mike's is the best. Go in for yourself and see- you'll be writing top reviews for them the moment you get home.
