Hello, everyone reading this.\r
I would like to complement ""Mike's Smoke Shop"" on a job well done. I live in Springfield, Missouri (that is 1621.4 miles from the smoke shops front door). I was looking to buy a Hookah having only smoked from one once before a week prior to calling Mike's. I heard about them from a friend locally that's visited them when he was in California. I called the shop not even knowing what to call the stuff I was looking for and began to talk to Radhika. She made me want to talk more she was so nice and helpful. She never made me feel stupid like I didn't know what I was talking about (even though I didn't). I ended up buying a MYA hookah because that is what my friend has and I liked his. So based off the conversation Radhika and I had, she knew what I was looking for (how many hoses, with or without ball bearing, type of shisha, etc). The only deal was I didn't know what any of the one's she had in mind, looked like. This was the deal sealer for me. Radhika said how about I take pictures of the Hookah's that I think fit your requirements with my iPhone and email them to you! Me being in the IT profession and being an iPhone advocate thought that was an awesome idea. I had ten different photos in my hand and my mind made up in less then 30 minutes. This was 12/17/2008. They paid for the shipping and got it to me by 12/23/2008, two days before Christmas. If you look at the calendar that is quick because there was a weekend in there, plus I didn't get all of my shipping info to her until the 18th. That means around Christmas time I had it in less then 4 days. I will never buy from another, ever! RADHIKA YOU ROCK!!! Thank you ""MIKES SMOKE SHOP"" for making this the single best online transaction I've ever had and for treating me like a human & not just another phone call. You guys took that extra step the whole time. Your friend, Corey : )
Pros: PURE AWESOMENESS! they have the biggest, best selection & greatest people. Call them you will be glad you did.
