I did not anticipate the horrible service that Custom Classic Photography provided. They didn't return phone calls. The photographers wife was completely rude both at the church and over the phone. We drove an hour to their house to have our engagement picture taken at their studio and they weren't even home for our appointment. (Their house was no where near Gardner. It is way out in the country.) We left several messages after our wedding to pick out pictures and they continued to dodge our calls. The wife left a threatening message on my phone (almost a year and a half after our wedding) stating that she was going to take us to court if we didn't place an order. We finally received our pictures the same month as our two year wedding anniversary... only to find out that several of the pictures were out of focus. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Pros: We had two good pictures.
Cons: Rude and unprofessional.
