We took my husband here for Father's day. Where do I begin with what is bad about this place?\r First off, their website leads you to believe it is a spacious place, it is not! They have ceiling fans instead of a/c which though may add ambiance, on a hot summer day it also adds discomfort. The waiter or owner or who ever he was (the guy with the played out Antonio Bandares a la ""Desperado"" ponytail), was rude from the instant we arrived. I asked if they accept credit cards and he said no, so I tell my husband we need to find an atm. This short conversation occurred in the waiter's presence. I go out find an atm and we return. After we are seated I notice there is a working atm in the place! He obviously thought it was too much trouble to mention that earlier to us. So on to the food, we ordered the blackened catfish and fried chicken and an appetizer. The catfish was bone dry, as if it had been cooked over and over again, its saving grace was how spicy it was. The chicken was okay but the garlic mashed potatoes were more like Idaho from the box. We had our kids with us and my little one dropped her fork, so he bought us a clean one and then rolled his eyes!!! Can you even believe that! So when the check came, we tipped the right amount despite the awful service and food, and just figured this place would not last in Brooklyn with such a bad attitude. To add insult to injury as we were leaving and my daughter was taking her time getting up from her chair, he rolled his eyes again!!! The only positive about the whole experience was the African-American lady who bought us our menus and seemed to work mostly in the back, I don't know if she was the manager, but she was very polite and helpful. If she is the manager, she needs to get some new help ASAP to save this place.\r My opinion save your money for a place that actually appreciates and welcomes your business.\r Pros: The lady who worked there that day Cons: Almost everything
