I had one of the worst experiences ever at this place, and all because the service was terrible. The music was great, and the food good (the greens were delightful) but when it came time to pay, I handed them my credit card and was told that they only take American Express. So I ponied up the cash, and before leaving told the bartender ""I would have appreciated being told ahead of time that you only took American Express."" She responded with, ""It's all over the door and all over the menu."" We never saw a menu (it was a buffet) and the door doesn't say anything about it.\r

My glass was empty the entire time, I had to get drinks at the bar myself, and our check came with a 20 percent gratuity already included. What a total disappointment. There are so many great places to eat in this neighborhood. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Pros: Good music.
Cons: Totally rude service. Out of the way. Mediocre gumbo.
