Businiess name:  Stan's Place

Review content:
As a recent transplant from the South to New York City I have been on the lookout for restaurants that remind me a bit of home. Stan's is definitely one of those places. I have been there several times over the past few months and have enjoyed every visit.\r \r The service is friendly, neat, courteous, in a word excellent. The food is as close to real New Orleans as you're likely to find in NYC. The gumbo is great, but I would recommend the Steak and Eggs from the brunch menu or the Red Beans and Rice off the dinner menu. \r \r The only complaint I would have is, that like every Cajun restaurant in NYC, a lack of Boudin. But, all in all Stan's is definitely worth the visit. Pros: Service, food, experience Cons: $12 for a Po' Boy?
