I stopped here for lunch with some fellow actor friends of mine between shows at the Barksdale theatre, hungry and excited to not have to do fast food. We showed up 15 minutes before closing and wanted sandwiches to go, not a terribly hard thing, and certainly not wanting to inconvenience anyone since we've all done food service. Every service rep let us know early and often that they were closing in 15 minutes and that we should hurry with our orders. The food was fine, but a little higher in cost than what it was worth, and all of us were irked that we were being shuffled through as employee conveniece took a back seat to customer care. It might have been an isolated experience, but as a first time customer, I don't want to give this location any more of my money.
