Community my experience with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. I did some research and came across Paul and decided to give them call, reluctant given all the disparaging comments.
It became evident within a short period that the negative reviews are not reflective of the quality of this companies commitment to their customers.
David spoke with me to determine the possible reasons why our machine was not working and gave us an estimate. I scheduled a time and Oscar arrived within the time frame. David clearly knows his machines, what he estimated on the phone and what was repaired and charged was one in the same.
I is good to have my trust affirmed that their are good companies still around.
