I wanted to share my recent experience with Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair. This past holiday weekend our Whirlpool Washer was full of water and wet clothes. With Family in town I had to have my machine working. I first spoke with David who took the time to diagnosis the the washer as best he could on the phone. It was clear to me that this company is committed to taking good care of their customers.
I scheduled a time for Friday 1-1-10, and on-time Paul arrived. Within a half-hour my machine was working and for the price quoted.
I was pleased with all aspects of the repair.
It is clear that the bad reviews were simply not about the company I had in my hone.
