David from Paul's Washer and Dryer Repair seems like a very nice guy. I bought a used dryer from him a few months ago. Shortly after purchasing it we had issues with it not working properly, as in the clothes took HOURS to dry! David came over and did some work on it that seemed to fix it for a day or two but then the same issue recurred. I tried calling him to get him to come over again and we played phone tag for a few days. He said some personal issues had come up that he had to deal with. At one point I got a ""text to land line"" message that he would give me a refund for what I'm not sure). Long story short, 2 weeks later I have yet to hear back from him and the dryer did not fix itself.\r

I think David is a nice, honest guy, and I understand when personal things come up, and I'm a pretty patient guy, but the bottom line is he left us hanging. All he had to do was call (even at midnight!) to let me know what was up. When you leave customers hanging there's no way to fix it. I strongly recommend you avoid doing business with Paul's Washer and Dryer service.
