I am so confused when I read some of the other reviews. My experience with the store is only enjoyable and rather inspirational at times. The knitpurl that I visit on a regular basis is filled with the most beautiful yarn, the most wonderful assortment of knitting books and lastly, the most helpful and friendly staff imaginable. i have come into the store many times with a ""major"" knitting issue and they have always made time to help me. Yes, sometimes you have to wait until they are done helping others before they can help you but that is called being patient. I often leave the store feeling as if there is nothing beyond my abilities and for that I am very grateful...so are the recipients of all my knitted gifts. Cheers to the staff and owners of knitpurt!
