Review content:
This is the best kept secret in town. I love rehearsing here with my band because it is simply the best in this area..no crowds or ghetto folks. I live in Hollywood but I prefer to drive to this location in Burbank. The 'grey' room is HUGE and it's only $22/hr. I have been to all the rehearsal studios but nothing has beat this one so far! There is always ample parking when I arrive. The owner is very knowledgeable an is always available for a sound check. He always upgrades us when the larger rooms are available. I would recommend this rehearsal studio to all the serious musicians!
