Review content:
Myself and a group of 3 others took the Mid State Fair shuttle from Kmart in Arroyo Grande to Paso Robles. We purchased round trip tickets and were told that the last shuttle left at 12 midnight. We waited in the same spot the shuttle dropped us off at from 11:45-12:20 and no shuttle came. I called the dispatch number and left a message and received a call back within a few minutes. I explained our situation to the woman on the phone and told her the shuttle never showed up, to which she responded ""I dont know what to tell you, take a cab"". I asked if I would be reimbursed for the taxi fare, to which she said ""Absolutely not."" and she hung up. I called back and she answered, practically scolding me, saying ""THERE IS NO BUS COMING YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A CAB."" and immediately hung up before I could say anything. This company knowingly left myself and my party stranded in Paso Robles at 1 AM. I will NEVER use this company again, I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I will be posting this same review on any and all websites I can find. DO NOT USE AMERICAN STAR TRAILWAYS.
