We've taken all three of our pets to this practice, 4 times now. Each time we've seen a different vet. I guess, on our part, it's our own fault for not requesting the same vet each time we've visited. But nonetheless, usually when you go to a people doctor, you see the same doctor. So from now on we're just going to request which vet we'd like to have see our pets. I don't recommend Chris Lewis. Only because he shrugged off our questions as if our concerns were substandard, even when I tried explaining we had done a lot of research on each of our pets specific breeds and breed specific issues. Another thing i'd like to mention is that our families are located in various parts of the country, so we travel a lot. Seeing how this practice had a seemingly clean facility, we decided to go ahead and board all three pets (2 dogs and a cat) for 4 days. When we picked them up their behavior was extremely odd. They've been boarded before and have shown tons of excitement upon seeing us when we pick them up... but this was different. There was the excitement of seeing us, but they were very very VERY shaken. Every little sound (accidentally dropping the keys too hard on the counter) made the doggies tails go down and between their legs and they acted as if they were going to be beaten or something. Our cat has been 100 times more clingy than ever ever since, mind you this was 2-3 months ago. We just decided never to board them there again... maybe we spoil our pets, or my intuition is over sensitive, but they are our babies. This vet practice was not designed for boarding.
