Review content:
Dr. Collias seemed to be a knowledgeable dentist. I wish I could have dealt with him directly. However his staff left a lot to be desired. I work as an administrator at another Dr.'s office and I would never dream of acting towards my patients as they did. I have several friends that are dental hygenists in the area, I will be sure that the word gets out. First the procedures that I needed to be done cost quite a bit of money, they were unwilling to set up any sort of payment plan whatsoever. Second, when I asked for my x-rays that I paid for out of my own pocket to be sent to a different dentist, they said they only thing they could do was print them on a sheet of paper, they didn't have the capability to e-mail. My 8 year old cousin knows how to print a picture to a file and e-mail it. A dental practice should without question know how. I even offered to show them how and they refused. So I got my printout which was about 2 inches by 2 inches on a piece of plain white 20 weight paper with striated lines through the whole printout. I find them amazingly unprofessional and would encourage anyone I know to never be seen there. I had to pay for another x-ray for a second opinion because the printout was such a terrible one, and I got the work done elsewhere for a much better price and better service. I am quite certain I would be fired if I treated our patients the way Dr. Collias's staff treated theirs.
