I bought a mattress from OMF 3 years ago in the Raleigh NC store. It was the queen size pillow top. Two weeks later after it arrived it had a sag. My husband flipped the matress to a different side. This should have been our first clue. It ended up with huge craters where we slept and a hump in the middle. This can not be considered ""normal"" wear. I ended up with lower back pain and I am looking for a new mattress. I would love to give it back to President Ron and let his wife sleep on it!!!. There is no excuse to sell such a bad product. I have a hard time beliving the other two positive reviews. They sounded fake. Please, as a mother of two and an honest citizen, do not waste your money. Good luck !!!!
