Great service. Sales people very nice and not pushy at all. They make their own mattresses. We were happy to get a mattress you can flip. The no flip mattress that other stores push on you is a real scam - you only get padding on one side and it wears out twice as fast because you can't flip it. The mattesses at Original Mattress Factory have springs that are wired together and you can even watch them being made. They are made of galvanized steel unlike the Simmons Beauty Rest which wears out so quickly. Our chiropractor recommended this store, so when our Simmons Beauty Rest wore out after a couple years, we went to Original Mattress Factory to get a better mattress. Don't buy the Simmons Beauty Rest that other stores sell. It has ""no motion"" springs that are called no motion because they are separate but since they are only sewed together and not wired , they start to lean and separate after 1 or 2 years and large body indentations form that hurt your back. Never buy a Simmons Beauty Rest or a no flip mattress.
Pros: Nice sales people especially Fred, well built mattresses, good prices
