I've never been so disgusted in all my life with a medical office as I was this one. I was trying to make an appt with this office, who was suggested by my insurance company, when I learned that I MUST have the actual diagnosis code from the ER doctor first, otherwise, they said, OUR DOCTORS MIGHT NOT GET PAID!!!! Can you believe that!!! Who comes away from an ER visit with that kind of information anyway? Not only were they NOT going to make an appt (for a young child) without this info, but the office staff I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE - not an exaggeration. Even the office manager was unhelpful. I would strongly suggest another office, they aren't the only game in town!!!
Pros: They were on my insurance plan
Cons: EVERYTHING!!!!!
