Review content:
Recently I got to Crossroads European to get my battery changed and the car serviced. After 2 days Mr. Aulicino called and adviced me to get my brakes replaced since the pads were worn out. I agreed with the service because I did trust this establishment would back up and stand for their work. 9 days after the brake service was done I noticed a terribly loud noise coming from my rear wheel passenger side. I stopped at the nearest mechanical shop and to my astonishment I was informed I was driving with no braking pads (which supposedly had just been replaced). As a result my rotor and disc were grinded and severely damaged. I had to do a great deal of work to get my car back in shape and when I reported the trouble to Bill we engaged in an argument about my caliper being bad (his argument) or the service being bad (mine) since I had a 9 day problem free time. 9 days for a car service to me is really nothing and it sounded really strange that exactly the part of the car ""repaired"" was the one giving trouble. or the diagnostic of the problem was poor or the service in my opinion. His mechanic told me at the shop that a bad installation of the pads ""COULD BE A POSSIBLE REASON WHY THE CALIPER FAILED"". Anyhow, after some reasoning Mr. Aulicino agreed to split the cost of the repair with me. This was my experience!
Cons: service was not proper, handling the problem was less than expected
