Review content:
I have been using VIP pets for about 6 months now for daycare. I wanted to board for the new year but the price was $85 more then every other doggy day care in the area. We found a much better place that is open 7 days a week and doesn't hike up the price for holidays. \r
\r
They charged $10 more a day for new Years Eve and New Years Day. As if my dog will be partying it up for the New Year.\r
\r
$180 was my quote for Wed - Sat stay. (Daycare+ Boarding)\r
\r
They charged us for Sunday and Monday because they are closed on Sunday. No other place does that. \r
\r
I think someone should send the owner a copy of the Wall Street Journal to help them understand that the economy is not that great and that is why the wellington facility is always empty. At least the other day cares understand. \r
\r
The one good thing is the staff. The woman at the front desk are amazingly nice. That's what the two stars are for.\r
\r
Pros: Staff is friendly
Cons: $$$$, operating hours, smells, bruises on pet
