Review content:
I went to this guy because he was in my insurance plan. Big mistake! My root canal was particularly complicated, but instead of telling me that he did not have the proper equipment to effectively treat the tooth, he did a botched job leaving infection still in the tooth. He told me the tooth would be fine, that the calcified roots he could not access would not be a problem. \r
\r
6 months later treatment is finally complete through another endo, but not before I went through excrutiating pain and $2,000 out-of-pocket. And when I notified Brockman of my nightmare, he refused to refund to me and my insurance company over $1,000 of monies paid to him. \r
\r
While he seems nice, he gets away with not having current equipment because most root canals are no big deal and may not require it. As a professional making the choice not to invest in current equipment in his field, he should then refer his clients elsewhere when he is presented with a case he can not adequately treat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!
