Businiess name:  Ruth's Chris Steak House

Review content:
My husband and I made a rerservation for dinner at Ruth's Chris. We were called this morning to confirm, we said we would be there. When we arrived for our 7:15 p.m. seating we were told that they had no record of our name but they could seat us. The hostess first offered the 1st booth closest to the front door, I asked if they had anything else. She said they had one small table in the private dining area. We sat back there and might as well have been seated on the tarmac at L.A.X. Thank goodness our waiter was good. My ears are still ringing from the sound decible level in that horrible room.\r On the way out I stopped by the front desk and told them that ""Kathy"" was the person who phoned us today to confirm, the hostess said they do have a Kathy and proceeded to look our name up again, she said ""oh it says you cancelled"". The manager was standing there and just said ""oh....sorry"", very unapologetic.\r We will stick with Lawreys for future steak dinners out. We should have known better. Pros: Good waiter, attentive bus boy Cons: Front desk staff and manager
