Arturo himself greeted me, and unlike so many other shoe repairmen in Beverly Hills, actually LISTENED to my problem. My situation involved an Italian briefcase with a broken buckle. I needed it rush-ordered and he took control of the situation. While he was not able to produce the exact buckle, the match that he found fit perfectly with the style of the other clasps on the case and he charged HALF of what the last place I took it to did! Arturo's was a breath of fresh air after having to get refunds at other stores due to poor workmanship. Thanks!
