We took our lawn mower in for an estimate here as it wouldn't start. We dropped it off and waited three days just for a call back to learn that the repair would be almost as much as a new mower! With the cost of repair being in the 100-200 dollar range this price seems to be pretty excessive considering the part needed to fix the mower retails for about 25 dollars and takes about 30 minutes to install, beginning to end. We decided to just pick up the mower because we couldnt' afford that price and when we arrived to pick it up, IT WAS IN PIECES! COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED with a bag of screws hanging off the handle, gas tank taken off, engine cover removed. When we asked why it wasn't put back together the service man said ""Reassembly is not included in the estimate"". I was incredulous.. I would like to see an auto mechanic try that one on someone. NEVER, EVER get your equipment serviced here... my only consolation is that they didn't get a dime of my money and hopefully you don't give them any of yours.
Cons: Expensive service, long wait times, and extremely rude
