Review content:
This is an extrememly poorly ran restaurant. It is very unforutnate because I have to admit the food is excellent. We called in an order for delivery at noon on a Thursday . At 1:30 we called to see where the order was and the guy answered "Well, were really busy so it'll probably be another hour if at all!" We were shocked at this answer. So we politely asked them to cancel the order (at this point our lunch hour was way over). I called the next day to talk to a manager and was told I was speaking to the manager. He said he would credit back our account and said we sholdn't order deliveries during their "busy" hour. I could not believe that! Anyways, it took them 2 months to credit us back and we never even got to eat the food! Poorly ran and poorly managed, not worth the $$ or the time for a pita!!
