I am Daniel Wagoner, and I own Seattle Laptop. In 11 years of doing business we have serviced over 30,000 laptops. We have not had one single legitimate complaint to the organization that tracks businesses that I can't mention here. \r \r I will admit that in the course of doing business mistakes can happen, but we do our best to make customers aware of all aspects of repairing their laptop problems. Quite often a laptop is not repairable for a price that makes sense, or quality parts are not available. If we do make a mistake, I am known to be reasonable, and have never had a problem making things right. \r \r I feel I must respond to some of the claims below by anonymous people. I am not sure if these were actual customers, or my competitors trying to tarnish our well known reputation. \r \r I do recall one customer that wanted us to back up data, and then install Windows. The repair form the customer filled out did mention doing data, and my employee did mistakenly reload Windows without backing up. We did miss one, but as far as I know, it has only been one customer in 11 years that this happened to. Believe me I was as upset as the customer, because this is inexcusable. The repair instructions were vague but they did mention doing data, and the technician should have called the customer to verify exactly what they wanted.\r \r As far as the powerjack complaint by flower girl, it just doesn't add up. If the powerjack was not repairable, we would not have charged her. No one would be able to tell if we opened the laptop or not, because we are professionals, and do not mark up the case like others do. Sounds fishy.\r \r If the person calling himself techstar was unhappy, I am sure he would have called us (me). We don't charge more than the authorized amount, and any employee that would ever be rude to customers would be terminated. Unhappy customers get transferred to me, and I get few complaints. \r \r Just think 30,000 laptops, hard to imagine isn't it? Thank You. Pros: Expert Staff Unmatched Anywhere Parts In Stock Batteries Adaptors Etc. Cons: Sometimes We Get Very Busy
